@Birdofparadise8 it was emailed to me from 17 magazine. I think I signed up to something online and they sold my email address to every single magazine available online. Most go to my spam folder but this one didn't. It must have known 🙂

I do listen to what people say at times. Sometimes I’m just so hurt, emotionally or whatever else and I can’t thinking logically when I’m using my emotional brain I suppose. 
I am trying to work on my depression with KHL and my psych with those sessions they challenge me a lot.
