I talked about the stuff with Monday and about checking my emails all the time.
He said that me as you @Former-Member if you were free is a checking behaviour and we also talked about the attachment style stuff. There was no more time for another thing.
I really wanted to mention about emotional regulation but I didn't get time at the end, we were talking about self-soothing and I said a couple of things but that's it.
I really wish I knew more ways.

I’m not feel great really.
