Have a good day with my friends I feel emotionally distant and still alone but I don't think that will be going any time soon. 

Nah it's okay. Maybe I was just nervous. 

I will if it happens a lot.

Had a good time at the zoo. It was nice to pick on of there brains about uni and she was talking about how she is in anatomical pathology and it sounded very interesting.

And to see them all it was a good day.  @Former-Member

I have listened to a bit of it. It's alright. I do like her other albums though. 

How are you going? Are things going okay since we last spoke?

Why can't I just enjoy one night and not come home to cry? I hate myself so much right now. Why do I always crave comfort so much? It's like the last time I wanted to know if my psych would hug me, but I have this general feeling of wanting a hug, comfort, just something to take away this empty, sad, lonely feeling in me. Thank god I get to see my psych on Wednesday; I wouldn't have coped two weeks. 

I'll get dinner and put on the TV while doing a diamond art in between crying, I guess.

I've been having a bit of a tough time @Birdofparadise8 I saw my Psychiatrist on Friday and they've adjusted my meds for the time being. I hope it helps so I can manage.
