it’s a really hard thing to experience, isn’t it. 

some of the helpful things are what you’re already doing: keeping busy, doing hobbies, and making sure you’re cooking/eating 🙂🌺

it would be awesome if the situation with your roomies was different, and you guys all had things in common that could help fend off the loneliness, and give you some company, however do gently keep in mind that we are here and many of us know what it’s like 💜💜🌺
