That makes it hard @tyme. I still have a lot of sweets left over from Christmas. So that’s been my comfort. I ate so many today that I couldn’t eat any dinner.
Sometimes people think they are helping but it can be really hard. Plus you feel like you can’t be rude. Maybe when you get the meals an reportion it you can see if you need to stick some spinach leaves or veggies in before freezing?
Pixie gets the carrot! Lol. I’ve been trying to buy salad stuff but I end up throwing it out.

Oh I am sorry to hear that all you need is egg and flour @Captain24
1 egg and 100g for flour is one serve so if you are making it for four people 4 eggs and 400g or flour. You just mix it together and the knead it to form a dough and you press lightly and once it bounces back a little it is good to go. Then you just roll it, let it dry then cook it.

@tyme, those noodles looked fine. Just be cautious if you have IBS, as they have fibre in them. Also, it was a bad tablet form a long time ago, so it is safe now to eat the noodles. They mostly are just water and 5% konjac. They are good if you want a low KJ option, but they don't offer many nutrients, so you would like to ensure you eat some whole foods with them.
