What's been happening on this side of the world?

 

TW: Diet, disordered eating, physical health

 

Tonight, I've had this realisation that I really need to start paying closer attention to my physical health. To me, I thought I was quite active, but my diet is definitely not the best.

 

So bad diet plus meds is a real issue for me. 

 

I don't want to go on a drastic diet or anything, but I do know I REALLY need to do something about my physical health.

 

Sorry to bring all this up now... it's just really on my mind tonight. I'm not down or anything, but I realise the seriousness of it.

Hello @tyme I am just watching some tv.

 

A good Idea you could do is see a nutritionist or dietitian, but find a good one the non diet dietitian. I also have some good knowledge on food and all that anything I can help you with? 

One thing you could do is just slowly implement a bit of physical activity slowly and see how you progress. 

Diet side of thing you could just make sure you choose Whole Foods such as basmati rice or quinoa as these help keep you full and are full of protein and fiber. 

Making sure you try and have protein, carbs and fat in every meal.
