The only thing I don’t like about talking to someone new about this is trying to explain how complicated this all is with my mum

This is just early days for you and although time doesn’t heal our grief,  you will need time to heal  and it’s very much a process of highs and lows.

I can understand that when you were led to believe otherwise @ArraDreaming

I didn’t think my mum valued anything of mine let alone enough to keep it for all this time, things like school certificates she’s got a whole box of that stuff, she didn’t really have Many thibgs so weird that she had all of that, also weird cause I remember my dad destroying a lot of those things when I got them @Eve7

Also so weird seeing pics of me on these certificates I don’t have many pictures of me as a kid
