I think big radical shifts simply don't work @Dimity I'm learning to acclimatise and slowly entrain my mind/body with my long-range goals now into smaller actionable steps ❤️

Well done on 3 walks @TAB . My back's been sore too. In last fortnight have been back to walking daily, gradually building time & distance. GP mentioned a pharmacy med that helps and I'll see the osteopath this week for stretches. Not up to core strength exercises yet, it will be a while.
How are you going @Oaktree ? From what I've seen you might not have much time at present.
At present I have to factor in horizontal rest as well as my little bit of exercise.

@Oaktree I’m the Queen of Hard Graft.
Everyday I shift wheelbarrow loads of clay, builders sand, compost.
I cut down dead tree branches, clear fire breaks.
I sweat so much that I can drink at least 4 litres of water and don’t have to go to the bathroom.
This is only one job I did in a couple of hours.
💪🏼

@TAB do you think your dad went a bit senile, after your mother passed?
