Daily Achievements!

Re: Daily Achievements!

I didn't feel well when I woke up this morning and it was very hot so I decided to concentrate on self care today. Achievements are:
- got up
- made bed
- took meds
- ate some brunch
- had a shower
- rested quietly under the fan
- stayed hydrated
- typed out a text message
- played a few games on my phone
- checked in with the forum
That's about it so far...

Re: Daily Achievements!

Hello and well done on your daily achievements Forumites!

I had a big day today and am absolutely exhausted, but in a good "I'm going to sleep very well tonight" kind of way.

I went to visit my horse this morning and made arrangements for her to come home to her paddock later in the week. She was so pleased to see me and I realised just how much I've missed having her around. I'm definitely at the point that I can get outside and attend to her needs every day again so that's a big positive 😁

After that I drove into town and went to the stock feeders, gardening centre, the gas place and two supermarkets for supplies plus filled up the ute with petrol and got diesel for the generator.

Since I got home I've unpacked the ute and stored most of my purchases where they should go. I had a bite to eat, took my evening meds and am currently relaxing. Well that's about it from me for today...
