Hey Eyad, in my experience medication does work but not on its own (I've tried a lot of things over the years). Sounds to me like you are way too hard on yourself. You certainly haven't said ANYTHING wrong. This is a place where it's safe to be completely honest. Your family are lucky to have such a caring husband & father!
