Sounds like you are doing some of the recommended things @Meadow1 so I would say maybe try and expand on those and do some research around sleep hygiene on Google to see what else might work for you. Exercising during the day can help with naturally falling asleep, and it's something that I found challenging to do but does work if you can manage it. RiverSeal
