@Birdofparadise8 you don't need to apologise to me 🥰. My weekend was quiet and I missed you lots, but you don't have to say sorry okay? 

What's happening with your psych? Tell me as much as you can darling, I want to help if I can.

I will try and check in during the day tomorrow. Monday and Thursday are our busy days so I should get time to check in on you.

You mentioned you posted after 10pm, I thought the 10pm rule was something you set in order for you to get good sleep, is that not correct?
