@Birdofparadise8 the shelves were pretty bare when I went in to Coles today, they didn't have the 10l bottles of water I buy and they were out of my mocha sachets as well. And like you say, no sales unless I want to buy chocolate for Easter.

I have a rice and risotto cooker that does everything so you are probably better off looking online for a recipe. I don't add peas and this recipe evolved over time. We had some crème fraiche that we didn't know what to do with so I just chucked it into the risotto. Honestly, everyone raves about it, kids and adults alike.

I can mock up a recipe for you if you like but I am not sure how to cook it on the stove or in the oven.
