@Birdofparadise8 I'm the same, if I have an appointment I am much more motivated that day.


I am thinking of enrolling online to do a TAFE course, prob Business Admin and the best thing is that my services provider will pay for it. It might even help with job applications!

 

So what do you think about when you're sad? Like is there something that makes you feel worse or better if you think about it?

Lol, I know what I mean but I'm not sure I explained myself that well. So you've come back from a psych appointment, that obviously has made you feel intense emotions, in this case sadness. What thoughts are going through your mind?
