@ENKELI I hope the doctors appointments helps you get your life back on track, it’s hard not feeling motivated.

I think I’m reaching breaking point, yet, I’m just sitting in bed thinking about the wrong ways to cope with emotions. If I’m not supposed to feel emotions, am I suppose to use unhelpful mechanism of coping if I can’t get by any other way. I’ve seen other people in my family use unhelpful coping strategies, why shouldn’t I? I grew up being told to “be positive”
