@Eve, a swim sounds relaxing. I was at uni, so just resting up, I gotta go again tomorrow. Things were a bit rough physically and mentally with the nasty bug I got. I’m getting better.

@ENKELI that sounds awful. Sorry to hear about disc degeneration. I have an infection, it’s radiating pain to the base of my skull. The base of my skull is usually sensitive on this side as I get left side migraines
