@Birdofparadise8 it's been a stressful few hours for you. Might be good to just pause, and take some slow, deep breaths. Remind yourself that if being hard on yourself worked, it would have worked by now. Remind yourself that stress can make it easier for our brains to latch onto the bad. If you can, maybe try to name three good things about yourself.
