Hey @creative_writer @Birdofparadise8 @Shaz51 

 

This mood is really scaring me. I will send my nurse an email tonight explaining what is going on. She doesn’t know about last Monday yet either. 

I won’t be able to see her or talk to her until Wednesday afternoon and hopefully she can help me understand what is going on. 

I see the psychiatrist in 10 days so hopefully I will have settled down by then. 

Im back at the beach so hopefully that helps
