@Helpmeheal sometimes you do get more relief talking to people on here than helplines. It helps to know you are not alone, because it’s so easy to feel so alone when you are struggling. I find a lot of the helplines are hit or miss. I find the SANE free counselling service helpful, but I do wish they also operated on the weekends. Sending you lots of hugs and healing vibes ❤️.
