That is how it was intended to be done by Linehan who devised the program @Snowie - the social interaction is just as much a key to the program as the skills and then the one-to-one with pdoc for clarification or to discuss things it brings up for you. It is quite intense and I know that I will eventually get something out of it - I can see little changes for me already but the session the other day was very triggering and subsequently my pdoc session went a lot longer than expected. I think I would have been there a lot longer too but I needed to leave for my physio session - was a very long day - took its toll both emotionally and physically.
