I get a bit frustrated with myself sometimes (okay, a lot of the time).
I saw my GP yesterday, and he said that rather than focus on what I haven't achieved, focus on the small things. Don't compare myself to others, compare to my worst (mentally).
If I need to go make an appointment I tend to put it off and never go. But when I get a letter or reminder message saying I need to see someone, I go ASAP, otherwise I know I'll keep putting it off. Which is why I saw the GP yesterday. Although apparently I was too quick, I was due for a MHP review, but the paperwork hadn't gone through yet or something. Ah well...
