sure i just was not sure, i thought i would like to help, i agree about the ctrl + v  it is stupid, you should not feel embarassed, i only got access to the internet at home last year, even though it is just a pre paid phone, it works, i can;t afford home broadband, just too dear for me.

yes i am quite good at computer stuff, but the kids today would put me to shame, i only got qualified in 2007 so it is relatively recent.

i am sorry you suffer such pain, i get severe headaches if i have to go out as a result of the panic attacks.
