Sorry your bro4 wouldn't help @Former-Member that makes it hard - especially when you have a headache. You are doing a wonderful job looking after your father but it makes it a little hard without support to care for yourself as well 
I am ok - been a complete rest day for me until I went to my parents' place to feed their dogs. I took Toby with me so he kept me company - he basically slept all the way home but just having him there helped in the dark.
I am hoping that I will feel a little more 'alive' tomorrow - the grass still needs to be done and the house is starting to get messy again - housework never stops!
