well Todays acheivement is being in the present momment not much happening here except for getting word that someone I know had a bad medical episode but thankfully they are recovering in hospital,its the afternoon and Im yet to have a hot shower today just been sitting here resting ,the weather looks so nice today might get outside for a bit ,maybe a few admin things /housekeeping to do too but the house is fairly clean so I dont know ground hog day sort of anyway stay safe everyone looks like a great day for gardening or Bike riding
