todays acheivements are spending alot of time resting ,having a takeaway meal for a late lunch,cooking a healthy dinner,keeping in contact with family online,watching motivational Tic Tok Videos to build up self worth,trying to focus on the positives,more or less had a pjama type day till I decided to shower ,ate a yum dessert,might watch a movie or ring lifeline to talk for a bit ,currently still not back on my medication after going off them suddenly about 2 weeks ago now,still thinking and worrying but still finding ways to get through,might also read a book or listen to music.
