hi everyone todays acheivement was I ate regulary during the day I paid my rego yesterday too only cause a few of you forum friends so thank you for the reminder,also I managed to disclose some past trauma to current date whom I call CareBear,his reaction was very supportive,understanding which helps to eleviate some anxiety
