today I 

• took and returned 2 calls re work
• have interview friday now (for something I cant do, but nice drive (100ks)
• other job sent wrong resume to. I mentioned training. they have forwarded to their main office. I did not know I was dealing w labor hire
• attended new drs think got a referral, but he ran out of time ; said will do tomorrow
• was 2hrs wait, and confusing during appt. not good feeling

got home took pain meds, back has got worse after lugging shopping and getting in an out of car, der  lol
