Here are my top tips to get you back on track for recovery:
1- See your doctor twice a week. Because it will help with reality check ins whether if an addiction is coming back.
2-To also if the behaviours are worsening due to the stressors.
3-Do your best to take responsibility over oneself.
4-Seek further or earlier treatments for psychology and psychiatry.
5-Do your best to change your situation. After seeing your psychiatrist or psychologist.
6-Talk to a trusted close family member or friend.
7-Do your best with seeking treatment.
I have had scammers a lot that impacted my mental health. With putting me through stressors that caused psychosis, hallucinations and old eating disorder behaviours. So I am seeking treatment through my doctor, psychiatrist and psychologist. As well as group therapy with DBT.
So take care of yourself remember your in-charge of yourself. It is only you who can ask for help.
