hello everyone 

i have found some information on the sane forum for Kidney disease and mental health 

i thought i was feeling ok with being diagnosed with kidney dease stage 4 with only one kidney 

which means my only one kidney is working at 21% 

now my specialist is wanting me to register to go on the kidney transplant 

I am feeling so tired and sometimes it is hard to keep on keeping on 

i am feeling soo many emotions at the moment 

i have forms to get started to go on the list for a transplant 

i also have diabetes which makes it hard and sometimes feeling overwhelmed 

my mr shaz wants to be a living donor , he will have to go through the same tests as me
