I've done a little tidying. Letting go. But I've more to do.
I'm not a hoarder, but I don't like sending materials to landfill so I try to recycle those odd things, but I also give my mental health a break, not be perfect, and allow myself to use the landfill bin.

I've tidied up some papers for tax and things I want to keep. Into folders in the cupboard so they are accessible but out of sight. Also tossed out a lot of papers I don't need any more. 

I've got a few other things ready to recycle, but I'm a bit stuck. I think I will let some go tomorrow. 

I heard an audio book my Marie Kondo about letting things go and not bringing things into your home if they don't give you joy. She recommends taking 6 months to go through the process. Somethings are easier to let go of than others, so she says start with the easy things like papers. I can't remember the order of things to sift through. But it emotionally it helps to start with the easy things. 
And tidying a neglected area clears my head and gives me a bit of a boost.

Definitely still working on it and I'm not expecting perfection, but it does help to remove some clutter.
