Please resist the idea or hurt yourself. It does matter. I have found ways that make sense to me to manage, but we are all different, what works for you ...
I have struggled with that one too. Mostly these days I am able to be kinder to myself, yet for a long time my feeling were a mess, not differentiated at all. Yes, you put it right. Somehow I do cope.

@petrichor Its sounds like you're feeling exhausted, is that right?
For me, at the worst of times, I was calling crisis services as an outlet to talk about my destructive thoughts. While it didn't fix everything, being able to fully express myself there took a look of weight and pain off my shoulders. Distractions through music was also helpful for me.
I understand can understand the apathy though, it's a tough head space to be in. It will pass though, so I'm glad you are able to reach out here to talk about some of your struggles 💛

I’ve never really talked about my self harm thoughts apart from when I needed medical attention. I don’t know, 98% are just garbage thoughts anyway so not to worry about, it’s just to judge them remaining 2%
i find this actually really hard to think about.

Finding a way to talk about it that is healthy can be tricky, but can be the break-through. My first big win in that field, was with a chiro who cared and I managed not to make my neck worse between appointments. Putting something in the way of those thoughts ... to push it back ... distract ... do something else, challenge its validity etc
