Something’s not right

Not Coping

Re: Not Coping

Could be better @ArraDreaming

Their cleaning could be improved, and the number of times they wake me up at night could also improve; it happened twice last night.

One has gone home for a bit, so it will be less untidy in the common areas.

Re: Not Coping

Dogs got the zoomies @Jynx

Re: Not Coping

Oh man my short time in share houses absolutely messed with my sleep schedule so I get you
I remember one house I was woken up probably 4 times a night @Birdofparadise8 do people not realise they don’t have to stomp at 2am through the house

Re: Not Coping

Yes, they stay up quite late compared to my sleep schedule.

I really wish I could move out but I can't find rent for $300 like I am paying at uni now.

4 times a night is rough. I hope you didn't stay long. @ArraDreaming

Re: Not Coping

I lived in a few of them @Birdofparadise8 hated it but had to do it
I think it’s a right of passage
Nah wouldn’t get anything for $300 here either, maybe a small unit at the high 300s but more likely to be $400 or more. We just got a rent increase on our house.

Re: Not Coping

Yes, anything decent is $400 @ArraDreaming

I have at least 6 years of study left, if not longer.

Re: Not Coping

Houses are $500-650 here @Birdofparadise8

Re: Not Coping

That is what a one bed apartment costs here ten min out of CBD @ArraDreaming

That is pretty fancy-looking.

Re: Not Coping

For a one bedder? @Birdofparadise8 jeepers

Re: Not Coping

Yes one bed @ArraDreaming

Very tiny.

Hobart is a lot cheaper I could have a whole house ahahha.
