@Birdofparadise8 I’ve been trying to control manic symptoms for a couple of days but they kept returning. I was okay in the morning. I do read sometimes but my attention span has shrank so I’m not as good of a reader anymore.
@Jynx, I’m just in bed resting. Might try some prayers. Right now I just feel low and feel like crying

@creative_writer I hope that if you do need to cry, you're able to. Always feels better to get it out. Do you have particular prayers you like to recite, or is it more just expressing what you feel in the moment?

@Birdofparadise8 It would depend on the psych, 2 of the psychs I've seen gave me a hug and I returned the hug, but another psych I saw I wouldn't have hugged.
If the psych is okay with it and you are comfortable then I don't see there being a problem. That is my personal opinion only of course.

Did you ask to have a hug @ENKELI?
I've been getting very mixed opinions. Some say yet if they are okay with it, and others are flat-out no.
I just don't want to ask him, and then he says no because I will most likely get upset.

Aww thanks @Shaz51 - yeah used to chew through books as a kid, now I struggle a lot. Audiobooks have helped, but I never remember to put them on! Too busy grooving to music most of the time lol.
@Birdofparadise8 haha I don't think I've ever read a spicy book (if you're talking about spicy=sexy, yes?). I tend to avoid them because they're usually very cisheteronormative. You been getting your spice on lately huh?
