Tw Not Coping

Oh, and I booked to watch Mary Poppins in a few weeks time @Birdofparadise8 . I'm taking my sister and her family.  

My sister watched it over 12 years ago in Sydney. So this time we will watch it in Melb.

The police called me yesterday.

Would you consider going back home to your parents?

I have to call KHL by 11 pm and if I don't, they will call police @tyme

Alternatively, would you like to call emergency services and go in? 

If you have private health insurance, you may be able to have a planned admission.

Yeah, I'll call them soon. 

I don't want to go to hospital. 

Not going private. I work there @tyme. I don't need work to know about my MH. 

Planned admission to the psych ward? I don't want that. 

The only reason I would go is if I do something.

It does take time and a lot of effort to really resist the unhelpful thoughts. I hope you find the supports you need in terms of an ongoing counsellor/psychologist etc.

Recovery is possible. You just need a few supports and guidance. I can say that because I've been there.

I'll just have to see how I go or the next few hours. 

It's really hard because I want to do it and don't want to at the same time and I'm not sure what part of me is stronger right now.
