Hi @Snowie , glad you've got some nice nurses and that you will have a meds change that will hopefully help. Sad that your SI and SH has increased 😢
How was your leave with your family yesterday?
Our power was knocked out by the storm on Tuesday but is back now thankfully.

@Snowie Thinking of you... Did you get to see a psychologist?
Hoping you're coping OK and can enjoy some leave over the weekend...

Thanks everyone for the well wishes.
Managed to see hubby and the kids last week. Not sure when they will be in next with the kids school/uni and them both working part time.
ECT still happening, had it this morning. Managed to get some leave on the days I don't have ECT. There is a nice park close by so nice to just go sit and have a change of scenery.
Don't think the ect has helped yet but only had 3 sessions so far. Hoping it starts soon. Have been trying to keep occupied during the day but feel very closed off from everyone. There are some groups on here so have been going to a few but probably need to get out more often. My room feels safe however, going out doesn't. Not really one to mix with other patients either. Feel a bit closed of from the world. Met with the pdoc again today. Still not sure how much longer I will be in. I guess that depends on me and my mental state. Hoping I can do some of the ect sessions as an outpatient or it will mean 4 weeks in here which I really don't want.
Have been trying to keep up with you all. Please know I am still reading if I am only in the background at the moment.
Love to you all.

Thanks for the lil update hun, it's good to hear from you. Sounds like it's still too early to tell how things will unfold for you. I hope that you will be able to get yourself out n about soon, maybe you're still in adjustment phase and once you've found your rhythm/got a routine, it'll be easier to do so.
Got a big pile o love and I'm flinging it right back to ya @Snowie 😊💜
