@Bow, hon. It wasn’t your fault. I struggle with this myself a lot. It’s hard for survivors to not blame themselves. Maybe it’s a protective mechanism, it helps us feel in control by helping us feel like we are better able to protect ourselves. I wish I could support you more but things have been really hard at my end. Sending you hugs 💖.

@Bow I get it hon. I too blame myself and the choices I made were my fault.

It is hard to see past this. It is hard to acknowledge that we deserve help and support from our professional team and also our friends/family.

Nah @Bow - not a good idea my friend, because then I won't be able to see you! I'm not very good at climbing down holes... I end up falling in and it hurts.
