My Mosaic

Re: My Mosaic

Thanks @Snowie @NatureLover @Captain24

I woke with a bit of a headache this morning. So did my time on the treadmill and have since climbed back into bed. I had a nap and now I’m just watching Netflix

@Snowie not much really planned. I did want to take her out, do something nice, but really not feeling like I am well enough at the moment. So will try and do something at home probably.

Re: My Mosaic

I've just been watching Netflix today too @Bow

Sometimes the best memories are the little things we do. Just chillin on the couch with D is time well spent. I'm sure she would enjoy that too.

Re: My Mosaic

I'm just watching The Hunger Games. Have seen it before but put it on mainly just to have something on @Bow

I haven't watched Monte Carlo. Is it any good?

Re: My Mosaic

Oh I liked the hunger games @Snowie  Monte Carlo was ok, probably a bit long and I lost interest in the end.

I get the just having something on. Don’t know how many movies or shows I’ve started just for the noise really. but I am watching orange is the new black when I am on the treadmill. I like it

Re: My Mosaic

I like something on in the background too @Bow instead of complete silence.

I haven't watch that show either, might have to check it out.

Have you got a show you watch with D?

Have you picked D up from school yet?

My D got her license yesterday so drove her and her brother to school. Means I didn't have to do the school run!!!

Re: My Mosaic

@Snowie D and I sometimes watch movies together. But she loses interest very quickly and wanders off and next minute I am left watching a kids movie by myself. We use to watch a movie and do pizza and popcorn every Friday night. She use to like that.

tonight we are watching the little mermaid on Disney+ it’s just come out and we are both excited to watch it. Hopefully we both last!

D is home. School is a short 2 minute walk but this morning she insisted that I drive her around to the front gate cause it was raining.

We have just finished building some Lego. Did another lot of the succulents that I got ages ago. 1 more set to go in that collect, which I think she wants to do tomorrow. I really want to get the new Lego Disney castle that has just come out. There is the worlds biggest Lego store opening sometime this year in Sydney. Already told daughter she can have the day off school to go to the opening with me. If the castle is there I may just buy it!!

that must be nice not having to get up to do school runs anymore. But I can also imagine it’s a little scary too!

Re: My Mosaic

I hope you both enjoy the movie tonight @Bow It does sound like a special time for you both. Making those special memories.

Thats good that her school is so close to your home. If it is raining then I would want to be dropped of too.

D has got some friends coming over tonight to stay the night so might get into bed, shut the door and ignore the sounds. She asked for fairy bread so thats what I made!!

It is a bit scary her driving. I just can't believe she is 18. The years went so fast.

Hi @Bow
How are you tonight?
I question recovery time to time but it is possible, we are all worthy of being on a better journey 💛
