i washed my hair tonight. i havent been washing it much lately. a side effect of ongoing restrictive eating habits is hair loss. it makes me really sad. i use to have such long thick auburn hair. it all falls out now. its thinning. :(((

I pulled my big girl camera out today. It’s been a really long time since I’ve taken any photos on it. My brother and sister in law came over, she’s 36 weeks pregnant. I offered to take some photos of them…. Or her. I’m no pro, never studied photography or anything, but I’m really pleased with how they turned out. Wish I could show you some of them, but I can’t. So here is a new photo of my little kitty cat.

I just put him to bed and crawled into bed myself. Waiting for meds to kick in so I can sleep. Done with today. 
someone from my case managers team called this evening. Wanted to make sure my meds had been sorted out. They had. Asked how I was, said not so good. But felt really unheard when I went on to say a little of what was going on. Why even bother?

@Bow Mmm sounds like you felt they were only calling cos they had to, to tick a box - not because they wanted to provide some care. That's rough. Whenever I encounter situations like that, I try to tell myself that the person probably just has their own stuff going on, and that it's not a reflection of me or my worth. Hope you can try to remember the same. We care about you so much, and maybe it doesn't make up for those crappy feelings but I hope it counts for something.
