I wouldn’t want to know if mine were bungee jumping and sky diving @Snowie . My h would have done all that stuff too but it’s not for me.
This pic is for you @Snowie @NatureLover

Love that pic @Eve7 Right back at you 💗💗
Just spoke to D. She sent through a video of her bungee jumping. I would never do that!!
Have you got much planned the coming days?

I wouldn’t bungee jump either @Snowie
Tomorrow I have pdoc in the morning and the knee surgeon in the afternoon. My knees are both really painful and I keep going into panic mode wondering what I’ll be told tomorrow.
Do you have much happening?

I hope things go ok with the knee surgeon @Eve7 If they are both giving you pain then maybe something needs to be done. You can't just keep going in pain.
I have my pdoc tomorrow morning too. It's just a phone appt. tomorrow but I've got a list of what I need to talk to him about. No doubt I will need a rest afterwards. Do your appointments tire you out?
Also got someone coming to pick up some school books. Trying to sell some of S's text books so the ones he needs for next year aren't as expensive.

My pdoc appointments exhaust me @Snowie and sometimes I have to sit around for a while before leaving.
Im keeping an open mind for the knee surgeon and will pretty much agree to whatever he suggests.
I don’t like Telehealth but sometimes it is what it is. At least you won’t have another long drive. It takes about 30-40 minutes to get to my pdoc but it will be an hour for the knee surgeon as they’re working on the M1.

It seems to exhaust me too @Eve7
I guess in a way that it is good. At least we are putting everything we can into the appointments.
I'm not a fan of telehealth either but my pdoc is over an hour away. I try to at least do every second appt. face to face.
It is hard when they are working on the roads, especially on the freeways. Going to my pdoc takes me through road works too.
I know you probably don't want to hear the word 'operation', but that might be the best for your knees. It's good that you are going in with an open mind.

Pdoc appt was ok this morning and the session was light for a change. I could have said more but glad I didnt with the knee surgeon appt this afternoon.
The surgeon basically said he could only offer me one option and that was a total knee replacement. My cartilage is non existent and the bone around my knee has necrosis. All a bit overwhelming.
I now have a date, 22 January which I know will come around quickly. I am in a lot of pain with it so I guess surgery is the only option. 🤞🤞

Awww @Eve7 . I'm so sorry to hear!
I can actually HEAR the pain as you described the non-existent cartilage.... ouchy!
Is that from overuse?
