Thanks for the suggestion @Bow  i went to the Pharmacy, explained my predicament and, just as you said, I was offered an emergency supply. However, when brought it out the Pharmacist said it was in their system from last time and I had 3 repeats with 2 left now! I’ll be able to get those filled when needed. So something went right ! I won’t begin to tell you about last night without it…just one little pill.

I still haven’t told my family @Snowie There’s lots of reasons but basically I’m a coward and ashamed of my mi.

Oh @Eve7  I’m so glad you were able to get your meds filled! Do you have to take your own meds into hospital with you?  And I can imagine what last night was like, I stopped taking all of my meds just before coming into hospital and it was horrible! Won’t do that again that’s for sure!

your family love you dearly @Eve7  you have nothing to be ashamed of. I’m sure they will want to be there for you 💕

You certainly are not a coward hon. Also please don't be ashamed. It is so hard telling people, especially our family members, that we have to go back into hospital for our mental health.

@Eve7  am so pleased you got your meds! I rely on my sleeping tablet and can not cope with insomnia. My sleeping tablet that I've been on for 15 years has started to give me a hand tremor, but I still can't be without it. 

I hope it'll become clear to you one way or the other whether to go into hospital on Tuesday...being torn between two options is horrible.
