I was diagnosed with dysthymia several years ago.

Medication helps, but I'm really struggling right now.

I also have several chronic medical conditions that are making things worse.

My psychiatrist thinks it's peri/menopause.

My gyno thinks it's mental health.

I'm going around in circles. The gyno has agreed to see me, but not until May.

I have to keep going, I have kids, responsibilities. But I just want to stop.

Do you have a psychologist to talk through things with? (Or maybe your psychiatrist does that?)

I can definitely empathise.
