I took myself to emergency but it's packed everyone is staring at me. I want to leave. I can't do this. I need to run away and off myself. I can't do this.

I guess. But there's no beds anywhere in the state so it's probably useless being here

If it keeps you safe tonight then it is the right place to be @The-red-centaur The health system in our state is not good and there definitely aren't enough mental health beds but hang in tere buddy - even if it is a night in emergency then at least you are safe.

It's been the last 3 nights and it's been useless. I want to run away rn, but I know I can't and that sucks.

It is what is keeping you safe at the moment though @The-red-centaur and that is a good thing. Running away won't help you buddy - as much as you want to - it sucks that you are feeling like this again but you have gotten through the last couple of nights and you can do it again
