Heyo All. @MDT, only just now saw your tag. Hoping you're feeling more settled now?
I know for me, sometimes I need to look back a day or two or three to find the trigger if I'm feeling restless or depressed. We forget that we can get psychologically bruised as well as physically. If we whack our arm into something, the bruise and most of the ache often shows up a day or two later. The same thing happens with our brains.
Dunno if that's you or not, but whatever's behind it, I'm sure you know from experience it'll run it's course. Hang in there.
