Doesn’t look the best but it was amazing!! Chefs kiss

lots of ingredients you don’t see in there chopped finely

Re: Share a cuppa?

Yum! That looks so delicious! Totally up my alley!  @ArraDreaming .

Umm... is that one kid's serving? That wouldn't be enough to even tickle my tastebuds!

Re: Share a cuppa?

Hahahaha @tyme
My kids did NOT eat this 1. It’s too spicy for them 2. They wouldn’t touch it, it’s too diverse for them.
3. My helper (5 year old) screwed up his face said “dunno about that one” when he saw mine vs his (plain noodles)

That’s actually the bowl of leftovers because I ate my serve and forgot to get a pic 🤣

Mrs jay5 also did not eat this 🤣

All for me

Re: Share a cuppa?

@ArraDreaming very good.very impressed re special noodles

Re: Share a cuppa?

I’ll tell you what I made it with. @tyme

Boil the noodles (obviously). I had 2 packets that was enough for me. It’s just the plain two minute noodle style noodles. Can get them in bulk from Coles, about 12 packets in one big packet.

The maple glaze for the tofu, maple syrup, garlic, chilli flakes, a little olive oil (not much).
Cut up tofu fry it up covered in corn flower, makes it crispy, once in crispy fried chunks put the glaze over and fry. Put aside.

The chilli sauce for the noodles, fry this all together then mix with drained noodles
Soy sauce,
Fish sauce
Chilli flakes (or fresh)
Oil or sesame oil (we can’t use sesame oil so normal oil was fine)
Spring onion
Garlic
Ginger (teeny little bit)
Gotchujang sauce (the red bottle from other day)
and I think that’s it

Mix noodles with sauce
Top with tofu

Re: Share a cuppa?

There’s a few more things in there I can’t remember them all I was really just going by whatever I felt like putting in and trying I had free rein of the kitchen @tyme

Re: Share a cuppa?

Yummmmmooooo @ArraDreaming !

I don't cook though... not now anyway.

But yes, that looks tremendously yummy!
