It's winter and in Brisbane they have 23 degrees....

I work in retail....today had some annoying customers ....

Gets on my nerves when people think they are more important than anyone else...

If customers have to wait for something they should wait without making any comments

or at least have the decency to say that it's ok I am willing to wait (I know unlikely they

will say this) .......

Most of them - customers - lack empathy - they don't have to stand at the counter

the whole day

They don't care when they turn up - I reckon some of them do it on purpose

they turn up at the time when they know it will be busy - in the last hour before closing
