Appointments can be like that @outlander, sometimes the buildup can be worse than the actual experience. Hope you are able to be kind to yourself, we know that you'll be able to get through it. It's glad to be back (for a short time)!

short time is better then nothing @Ali11 unfortunately the appointment is quite a triggering and uncomfortable one so am planning on an easy day tomorrow. might need to have some of those yummy hot chocolates you just shared ready to go
