Todays Acheivements are not much as I slept for most of the day but anyway One ate Lunch and Dinner,two deleted a stack of Emails,3 Phoned a family member which helped me to have a good laugh about things,4 made my bed,5 ate dessert,6 working on keeping in control of my thoughts ands feelings as much as possible,7 had a hot shower,8 might read a book,watch a movie or listen to music to try to get to sleep a bit earlier and wind down stay safe everyone and keep those acheivements going well done to all

Ate some muesli with soy milk and yoghurt for breakfast.
Ate a toasted cheese sandwich on spelt bread and an apple for lunch.
Took my vitamins.
Drank lots of water.
Started listening to my audio book "The Body Keeps the Score".
Taking things slowly today.
