Hi @Matt12,

I could give you a dozen reasons, but the reality is I don't know you very well,  or your life. And I also know that when you're feeling really bad that these things don't matter as much as they should. 

But don't do it cause of you.

You're worth more than 'doing it'.

You're a wonderful, worthwhile human being who does have a good and substantial future and whatever 'it' is, there are other things that you can do in this moment and move towards tomorrow being a better day. 

Are you with someone atm?
