that is true thank you @Smc and with previous and still ongoing ankle issues that is something i had planned to address but was trying to talk to the dr about my aged care so some of these services prices are reduced and/or free

Think the podiatry referred to separate from my aged care @outlander it relates to GP referral for chronic illness or complex needs.

Pretty tired here.has been some big days and with only sleeping 2 or 3 hrs usually interupted sleep each night its causing abit of havoc with everything.
But good news is my foot is healing quite well.

That lack of sleep is a bit of a worry @outlander

last nights sleep was so much worse. i had some pretty awful dreams, 2 of which i couldnt wake up from and ended up in a sweat , the other 2 were only minor and kinda weird.

so so tired, along with that ive woken feeling quite off colour, hot flushes with heaps of sweating even though today isnt that hot, headachy and dizzy.
