I think sundowning is associated with Alzheimer's @outlander. Poor sleep hygiene however is prevalent with MI.

Hello my sister @outlander
Yes my mum is showing signs of sundowning and dementia
She seems to be ok in the mornings but starts getting confused and that from lunchtime and worse at night
